Plant Maintenance (PM) Module aim is to plan and schedule one of the important assets of an organization-Equipment. It gathers equipment’s information and helps to best utilize them in order to enhance their useful life. However, this module’s capabilities are not just restricted to equipment.

- Integration with Quality Control dept. by equipment’s calibration plan
- Integration with Finance dept. by allotment and allocation of each PM activity cost (spent time, material, service) accurately to exact related receiving centers (production lines or official departments)
- Integration with Finance dept. by allocation of budget to maintenance activities
- Integration with Procurement dept. for purchasing plan of materials which are to be consumed in upcoming maintenance activities, instead of using safety stock which are assumed to be consumed for emergency activities
- Integration with Procurement and Finance dept. by correlating external service procurement and maintenance activities (both data and accounting documents)
- Integration with Production and Planning dept. for capacity planning of work centers based on maintenance activities downtime
- Integration with Project Management dept. by assigning PM activities to WBS levels
